At first glance it looks like

The space above the window is all wrong, and the machine in the movie has a top section that leans backwards.
There are actually very few horizontal machines with a window with rounded corners like that. Another that's similar, but not a match:

(Both of the above machines probably came out before 1969, I just haven't found an earlier reference)

| This looks like Sankyo's Kickboxing, but at the same time it looks SLIGHTLY different. Yellow and blue-ish marquee? Perhaps a slightly different position, and rendering, of the kickboxer on the cabinet? |

This cabinet is next to the Kickboxing one so we can see the difference in the angle of the glass. There are only a handful of machine I know of that would fit those dimensions, while also not have a marquee that extends past the top metal/white strip...
