I've been chatting with Mr. Gneiss over at PachiTalk and they've been collecting pachinko vinyls and were able to digitize them and get them up on Internet Archive! Thank you for your work on these. On the left hand side we can only see the letter "A" but the marquee sign is absolutely distinctive! I wish we had a better photo, with the clarity we see that letter A in the movie.

Now we look to the slots at the back. They are similar to a number of machines from the late 1960s / early 1970s.
to note: there is a chrome-framed area where the reels are, with the framing tilted up towards the player. The upper information is also framed in chrome. We can see white dotting along the top, perhaps some purple, and then red. Important to notice that it has a ball handle that only goes barely above the slot reel frame on the machine, and the machine has wood paneled sides. On top is another sign, with a distinct red bar punctuated by a blue smudge and what I presume is white text, and then a jackpot light. Upper signs are often specific to the location, unsure if we'll find that one ever, and jackpot lights tend to be optional accessories.
Bally 5-Line Lightning This slot matches the appearance like many others, but also has the info card at the top that is an exact match, and the matching white circles in the upper chrome frame area.
Reflected on the mirror of the ceiling we can see another machine
The marquee seems to say "Carnival", or at least CARNIV the person in front gives a sense that this is a very large machine. I have never seen this machine before.
Then we go into the backroom.
