exploring the arcade of Gメン'75 第24話「二人組警官ギャング」

Twitter account JGL_JP posted these lovely screencaps from the G-Men '75 TV series, episode 24 "Duo Policeman Gang" and the presence  of a Group Bingo is incredibly exciting!   The tweet says this first aired November 1975.

Group Bingo is an absolutely epic medal game (In Japan they used medals / tokens instead of quarters for this kind of gambling) where up to 8 players can play at once.  My friend nazox2016 has done a great write-up on Group Bingo.

1975 Group Bingo by Sega

The screen each player is a "Mystic Lines" feature, something that comes from the USA bingo machines of the 1950s that innovated "Magic Cards", screens where you could move the winning colour groups.  Bally started make 20-card games in the 1960s, and the cards of Group Bingo Have the same Mystic Lines appearance as those 20-card Bally games.  For example:
1966 Zodiac by Bally

Behind it we can see not one but 2 copies of
1974 Speed Race by Taito

and to the left of Speed Race we have
1974 Gran Trak 10 by Atari

this appears to be the track on the screen

I can't identify the game in the foreground, but it is a large 8-player medal game, similar to the ones Taito, Sega and Sigma were selling in 1975.  I'm sure we'll figure this one out soon enough.

Update: nazox2016 points us to this photograph of Game Fantasia that shows the machine:

Magic Toppers, unknown manufacturer
probably made in 1975 or 1974

Included as examples of similar machines...
Seesaw Ball by Taito

in the upper-left corner we can see a portion of a New Penny Falls marquee
New Penny Falls by Crompton, but seems to have been sold in Japan by (Omori Electric)
A number of these large late 1960s British games were made for the Japanese medal game market.

and on the right...
