Exploring the arcade in these Yokohama Station gun corner photographs

These photographs were posted at kanaloco.jp and I wish I had archived the page back when it wasn't locked.

These are wonderful photographs, and I wish we had many more from this era.  Let's see how many of these machines can be identified!  Begin by looking at these two pictures and ask yourself how many games you can recognize.

We will proceed from the right (near us) to the left (further away), and utilizing details from both pictures.

To the right of the counter we can see a portion of one machine:

This movie shows us another wonderful gun corner, a style of arcade that was popular in Japan in the early 1960s.

The design of the location is similar to the gun corner in ギャング対ギャング (1962) but the outer geometry of the spaces do not align.

exploring the arcade in ギャング対ギャング (1962) / Gyangu tai gyangu aka Gang vs. Gang

I want to find more footage of Japan's Gun Corners from the early 1960s.  This movie and the next one I am going to post both have wonderful gun corner footage.

This movie came out in November 1962.  Many of the games in this arcade data from the prior two years.  This was a very modern arcade for the time.

This is a poor scan of a photo printed in Cash Box in 1961.  If you have access to a copy of this issue, please send me a high resolution scan.

As it currently stands, I can only make out 3 of the games, but I feel I could possibly identify 2 more if I had a better scan.  Even better yet, I'd love to find an original copy of this photograph.

For this next machine, it appears the whole upper marquee and frame is missing.

On the left, I think there's only a single machine this could be, given that it is centered, straight, and leaning to the right.

exploring the 1963 arcade in Tokyo Landscapes 1962 ⧸⧸ 1964

In the comments of this post by nazox2016 (archive) there was a link to a youtube video of NHK footage from Japan 1962-1964. The scene of interest is from 29:08 to 30:00.

The action pans from right to left so we will look at the first section of games in that order.

The first one on the right is very difficult.  I do not think it is the original paint job.  Important to note the black riser section at the bottom is the exact height of some Williams games around 1955, with the cabinet pushing forward in a narrow section in that unique way.   The only other company with a similar cab was Keeney, but their game Ranger (1955) doesn't quite match because there is darker colour around the Keeney score reels.  That is another thing to note: there are only 3 score reels.  Some games then had 4, even if one was a dummy reel.
