exploring this Japanese arcade from a 1971 clip

The account @million7000 posted this video to twitter (archive).  I do not know what this is, but they say it's from 1971.

Based on a comment in the replies, I believe this is from 特別機動捜査隊 (Special Mobile Investigation Unit,) which aired 801 episodes!  According to a message from someone else, this clip features a character named "サブ" (Sabu), so these are the most likely episodes:
1970: #441
1971: #493, #500, #528
1972: #535
If you have any further information, I would like to confirm which episode this is so we can confirm the date this episode aired.  If it was in 1971 (or earlier!) that pushes the date forward on at least 2 machines.

This a wonderful arcade, with a few machines I have not seen in a real arcade before!  Let's dive in.

First, we start at the pachinko side of things.  It's about what you'd expect of a standard pachinko parlor of 1971, though they don't show us much of these machines.

On to the arcade, where we begin with every editor's favourite cut: Untouchable!  You'll remember that this same style of cut (where we cut directly to arcade action) was also done in 愛欲の罠  (exploring the arcade in 愛欲の罠 / Aiyoku no wana aka Trapped in Lust (1973)).  This even includes footage of Sega's Jockey Club, which was also included in the Trapped In Lust arcade action montage.

(Kansai Seiki — Kasco)

I do not know what game this is, but the closest guess would be

(Sega)
Note: from the footage we see, it could potentially be Derby Day instead.

Let's ignore that corner of Gun-Fighter on the left because we'll see a better shot of it later.
In the back corner we have what looks to be an unknown shooting stall game:

There is at least one pinball machine we cannot see.  Then we have these two:

1966 Capersville by Bally

1969 Smart Set by Williams

there is another pinball machine before Jet Rocket, but I can't see much.

(Sega)

at the front is a domed basketball-style game but we can't see any details so there's no way to known which model it is.

1972 Air Attack by セガ (Sega)
The Sega History website lists this machine as 1972 (archive,) but there are a number of mistakes or omissions on this website.  If I can confirm this clip is from 1971, it will be proof that this machine came out in 1971.

1971 X-08 [新型] (X-08 [new model]) by 日本自動販売機 (Japan Vending Machine)
If this video is 1971, that pushes our first appearance of the new vresion of X-08 to 1971.  Previously the earliest mention we found was 1972.

(Satomi — Sammy)

(Sunic)
This is confirmation that Manix really existed!  Prior to this I had only seen the drawn depictions of the game.

There is a machine between Manix and Super Road 7, but we can't see any details

(Taito)

(Taito)

(Taito)

this small machine is in between Space Docking and Rifleman.  It is short, has red gently curved corners, and a yellow sign atop it.  I do not know what this is.

(Sega)

after the yellow sign we see a corner of Rifleman, and then a deep purple cabinet that we recognize as being by Kansai Seiki

(Kansai Seiki)
(NOTE: from the little we can see of the machine, it could also be the earlier Big Hunting - ビックハンチング which looks the same except for the name

after the Sanksai Seiki gun game there appears to be at least one more machine, but I can't make it out.  White border.

In both angles we catch glimpses of the very rare Gun-Fighter machine!  This is the first time I have ever seen its colours.  I am going to use this to help display the machine

(Sankyo)
as seen in the 1969 machine directory

how I will display Gun-Fighter for now, so you can see its cabinet and the colours.
