Flip-Flap: women playing pinball

One more scene I just had to share, and assuredly a relatable for most women in pinball.

Perhaps in the last post you noticed there was an Attack From Mars next to the Twilight Zone?  Let's check in on that machine.

as always, Japanese pages go right-to-left.  Flip-Flap is a 2008 manga made by 豊田実 (Minoru Toyoda)

some notes from a friend:
okay so I looked through the rest of the comic. The boy is narrating how he finds this girl one day playing pinball. He's never seen anyone play so hard before! She's rough and brash. He's also creepily whispering and staring saying stuff like "you're winning!" and "you can do it!" She then calls him out on staring saying basically "WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU STARING AT?" while flipping him the bird.
And then he's speaking a bit awkwardly, there's probably some misunderstanding going on before their tones are wildly different. The boy introduces himself and then talks about how rough she is and it's making him (or the machine?) jittery... She then kicks him and says something like "fuck off."
He's all "no no, I'm talking about pinball!" and she goes "oh you like pinball?" so the boy introduces himself... again?
I'm not very good with the nuances of Japanese conversation, it's quite complex, but the pictures and body language help.

I don't speak Japanese, but I do know the universal sign for "fuck off"

LMAO
